1. Information Stored by the App
Brain Rush stores certain gameplay information and app preferences locally on your device so that the App can provide its features.
This may include:
- Player name
- Selected profile avatar
- Player XP and level
- Games played
- Correct and incorrect answers
- High score
- Best combo
- Daily challenge progress
- Daily streak information
- Daily reward progress
- Achievement progress
- Sound-effect preference
This information is used to operate and personalize the gameplay experience.
2. Information Sent to Our Servers
The current version of Brain Rush does not use a developer-operated online account or backend for the gameplay and profile information described above.
The current app uses local device storage for gameplay and profile information and does not contain direct web/API requests to a developer-owned server.
3. Advertising
Brain Rush uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process certain information automatically for purposes such as advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and measurement. Depending on the applicable configuration and device, this can include information such as IP address, advertising/device identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostic information.
Google's own privacy policies and terms apply to information processed by Google through its advertising services.
4. How Information Is Used
Information stored by Brain Rush is used to:
- Save and restore gameplay progress
- Maintain scores and statistics
- Maintain player levels and XP
- Maintain achievements, streaks, challenges, and rewards
- Remember profile and sound preferences
- Provide the App's features
Advertising-related information processed by Google is used according to Google's advertising services and applicable policies.
5. Sharing of Information
Brain Rush does not intentionally sell users' personal information.
Gameplay and profile information stored locally by the App is not intentionally transmitted to a developer-owned server by the current version of the App.
Third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads may process information as necessary to provide advertising and related services.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Gameplay and profile information stored locally remains on the device until it is cleared by the App, removed by the user, or the App is uninstalled.
Information processed by third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads is subject to the respective third party's policies and retention practices.
7. Children's Privacy
Brain Rush is not specifically designed for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-owned server.
8. Advertising Choices and Privacy Settings
Advertising personalization and consent may depend on your location, applicable privacy laws, device settings, and the consent choices made available by the App or Google.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we update it, we will change the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this policy.
